Flight Cancellations and Changes

  • If American Airlines or another airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, you may be eligible for a refund or rebooking as per the airline’s policy. Econo Ticket will facilitate the refund or rebooking process on your behalf.
  • If you choose to cancel your booking, the eligibility for a refund will depend on the fare rules of your ticket. Non-refundable tickets generally do not qualify for refunds.

Service Fees

  • Any service fees charged by Econo Ticket for booking, processing, or other services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Refund Requests

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer service team. Provide your booking details and the reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and liaise with the airline or service provider to determine your eligibility for a refund.

Processing Refunds

Non-Refundable Situations
